How to adjust the flatness of the Punching mesh panel or Perforated mesh panel?

Perforated mesh is a type of metal mesh commonly used in industrial applications such as screening, filtration and protection. Due to some inevitable errors in the manufacturing process, the perforated mesh may appear uneven during use. In order to solve this problem, the following leveling methods can be adopted:

1. Mechanical leveling: Use special mechanical equipment, such as leveling machines or flattening machines, to place the punching mesh on the equipment for leveling. Through mechanical adjustments such as flattening, stretching or twisting the stencil, it can meet the flatness requirements.

2. Heat treatment and leveling: The perforated mesh is heated to a specific temperature and held for a period of time to soften or change the crystal structure. Then it is restored to the desired shape through the action of external force. Common heat treatment methods include annealing and quenching.

3. Electronic leveling: Leveling using electronic or electromagnetic force fields. By applying electric current or electromagnetic force, the uneven parts of the punching net are corrected. This method requires sophisticated instruments and technical support.

4. Manual leveling: For small sizes or individual parts, manual methods can be used for leveling. This involves using a hammer, pliers, or hand tools to gently reshape the perforated mesh to flatten it.

No matter which method is adopted, the following points need to be paid attention to during the leveling process:

Choose the appropriate leveling method according to the material, size and manufacturing process of the perforated mesh.

During the leveling process, the surface of the punching mesh must be protected to avoid additional damage.
